The USC Alpha Alumni Association Inc. (USCAI) is a distinguished organization comprising highly educated professionals who have studied at the University of San Carlos, one of the premier educational institutions in the Philippines. Our members are alumni of the esteemed Alpha Kappa Rho International Humanitarian Services Fraternity and Sorority, bringing together a diverse group of experts from various fields.
We are legally registered and recognized as a legitimate non-profit organization by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with company registration number 202407159435-23, and by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 010-834-034-000.
Headquartered at 21 1st St., Felina Village, Tisa, Cebu City, Philippines, we coordinate our efforts to make a positive impact in society, uplifting communities and fostering educational opportunities.

Our Goals
Expand Access to Quality Education
Ensure that financial barriers do not prevent underprivileged youth and children of PDL from accessing and completing their education.
Enhance Skills Development and Employability
Provide targeted vocational training and skills development programs that enhance the employability of beneficiaries and equip them for sustainable livelihoods.
Promote Holistic Development and Well-Being
Support the overall personal and social development of beneficiaries, fostering their resilience, self-esteem, and leadership capabilities.
Our Beneficiaries
Underprivileged Youth
Students from families with limited financial resources, typically defined by income levels below the poverty threshold, who have shown academic potential or commitment to their education but are at risk of discontinuing due to financial constraints.
Children of Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL)
Children whose parent(s) or guardian(s) are currently incarcerated, which impacts their ability to afford and access educational opportunities, and who may face social stigma or emotional challenges as a result.
